Consular Affairs Requirements

  1. Visit the Consular Affairs Office at least 10 days before departure from Iran.
  2. Submit the official Exit Form to receive exit clearance; failure incurs travel restrictions.
  3. Obtain valid insurance, visa, and residence permits—non-compliance cancels enrollment.
  4. First secure FIDA and YEKTA codes, then obtain insurance, an Iranian bank card, and a SIM card.
  5. Submit renewal documents at least 15 days before the current permit expires.

Dormitory Rules and Regulations

  1. Non-resident guests (including family) are not allowed in dorm buildings.
  2. Stay only in your assigned room; room changes require official permission.
  3. Keep your room and shared areas clean and hygienic.
  4. Graduated, withdrawn, or unenrolled students must vacate the dorm immediately.
  5. Adhere strictly to dormitory regulations and curfew hours.
