Admission Process for International Students

Inquiry into available academic programs and capacity of faculties and academic departments
 
Informing students and officially approved student recruitment institutions authorized by the Organization for International Students Affairs regarding year-round admissions
 
Conducting interviews with students applying to Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences
 
Guiding students on how to submit required documents via the official university email system
 
Reviewing identity and academic documents, curriculum vitae, publications, and English language proficiency certificates (if available)
 
Referring students’ documents to the relevant academic departments for review by the departmental council
 
Reviewing the decision issued by the academic department
 
Holding Admission Committee meetings to review students’ academic files
 
Announcement of the preliminary admission result
In case of non-approval
Notification of the student via official university email and termination of the process
In case of approval
Issuance of the preliminary admission letter and related forms via official university email
Student completes the admission forms and submits them to the designated university email address
Review of submitted forms by the Admission Office
Student obtains the SAORG code from the Student Affairs system and submits it to the Consular Affairs Office
Verification of document authenticity by the Organization for International Students Affairs and confirmation of eligibility for study
Informing the student to attend the university in person for final registration
Final review of original documents upon in-person attendance
Creation of the registration file by the Admission Office
Referral to Consular Affairs, Tuition, and Academic Affairs offices to complete the registration process
