The Second International Congress on Health and Food Industries was held on February 22–23, 2024, at the Imam Reza Conference Hall, Naft Town, Ahvaz.

Organized by the Khuzestan Branch of the Food Safety and Hygiene Association in cooperation with Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, the two‑day event brought together national and international specialists to discuss advances, challenges, and innovations in food safety, public health, and related industries.

The congress served as a platform for knowledge exchange, showcasing the latest scientific findings and fostering collaborations aimed at improving health standards in the food sector both in Iran and worldwide.
